Terms of Service
A plain-language summary of the agreement between you and PodNuvo. This page is maintained by PodNuvo and will be replaced with the full legal terms before launch.
Your account
You need an account to use PodNuvo. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the episodes you upload.
Free trial
The 7-day free trial requires payment details and includes one complete marketing campaign from an episode up to 60 minutes. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.
Plans and billing
Creator is $39/month and includes 4 campaigns per billing cycle with episodes up to 90 minutes. Business is $99/month and includes 8 campaigns per billing cycle, episodes up to 120 minutes, and the week-level approval workflow. A Trial or Creator account covers one voice/brand profile; Business covers up to 3. Direct publishing is available for a connected Instagram professional account and a connected Facebook Page, and only for content you have approved. PodNuvo does not publish to LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube; for those platforms it provides content, scripts and directions that you publish yourself. Plans renew monthly until cancelled.
Your content
You keep ownership of the episodes you upload and of the marketing content PodNuvo generates for you. You're responsible for reviewing everything before publishing it.
Rights you give us
You grant PodNuvo permission to process your uploaded episodes for the purpose of generating your marketing content and, when you use supported direct publishing, to publish only the content you have approved.
Acceptable use
Upload only episodes you have the rights to. Don't use PodNuvo to create misleading, unlawful or harmful content, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
Availability and changes
We may update features, plans and these terms. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
