A plain-language summary of how PodNuvo handles your information. This page is maintained by PodNuvo and will be replaced with the full legal policy before launch.
Your account details (name and email), the podcast episodes you upload, the transcripts and marketing content generated from them, your My Voice brand profile, your platform preferences, and basic usage records such as how many campaigns you've created.
Uploaded episodes are stored privately and used only to generate marketing content for your own account. They are not shared with other customers and are not used to train public AI models.
Episode audio and transcripts are sent to AI providers solely to transcribe the episode and generate your campaign content.
PodNuvo does not currently connect to or post on your social accounts. Direct publishing is in development. If it becomes available, PodNuvo would store only what is needed to publish on your behalf, and would only publish content you have approved.
You can edit your brand profile and your generated content at any time. Deleting individual campaigns or uploaded episodes, and deleting your account and its data, is handled on request — email hello@podnuvo.com and we'll take care of it.
