Privacy Policy
A plain-language summary of how PodNuvo handles your information. This page is maintained by PodNuvo and will be replaced with the full legal policy before launch.
What we collect
Your account details (name and email), the podcast episodes you upload, the transcripts and marketing content generated from them, your My Voice brand profile, your platform preferences, and basic usage records such as how many campaigns you've created.
How your episodes are used
Uploaded episodes are stored privately and used only to generate marketing content for your own account. They are not shared with other customers and are not used to train public AI models.
AI processing
Episode audio and transcripts are sent to AI providers solely to transcribe the episode and generate your campaign content.
Publishing and connected accounts
You can connect an Instagram professional account or a Facebook Page so PodNuvo can publish content you have approved. PodNuvo stores only what is needed to publish on your behalf, publishes only content you have approved, and you can disconnect an account at any time. PodNuvo does not connect to LinkedIn, TikTok or YouTube.
Your control
You can edit your brand profile and your generated content at any time. Deleting individual campaigns or uploaded episodes, and deleting your account and its data, is handled on request — email hello@podnuvo.com and we'll take care of it.
